延边大学2025年中国政府奖学金短期科研交流项目招生简章
为深化中外青年学术友谊和交流互鉴，搭建世界青年科研人才交流平台，国家留学基金管理委员会（以下简称国家留学基金委）设立实施中国政府奖学金短期科研交流（英文简称 China Link）项目。2025年中国政府奖学金短期科研交流项目已经正式开放申请通道。
In order to deepen the academic friendship and mutual understanding between Chinese and foreign young generation, and to build a platform for the exchange of scientific research young talents in the world, China Scholarship Council (CSC) continues to carry out China Link Short-term Scientific Exchange Scholarship Program (referred to as China Link Scholarship) in 2025.China Link Scholarship in 2025 is now open to apply.
一、资助类别Funding Categories
普通进修生：适用于在校本科生、硕士研究生申请；
高级进修生：适用于在校博士研究生、教职人员申请。
General scholar: applicable to current undergraduates or graduates.
Senior scholar: applicable to current Ph. D candidates or faculties.
二、资助期限Duration
1-12个月，申请人需要在2026年8月31日前来华开始学习。
1-12 months. Start study in China no later than August 31, 2026.
三、授课语言Working Language
中文或英文
Chinese or English.
四、资助领域Study/Research Fields
除汉语言外，其他专业不限。
All disciplines other than Chinese language study.
五、资助内容
在华期间享受全额奖学金资助，包括免学费、免校内住宿费、综合医疗保险费；按照中国政府奖学金标准提供生活费，其中，普通进修生3000 元人民币/月，高级进修生3500 元人民币/月。
Successful applicants will receive a full scholarship from CSC during their stay in China, including tuition waiver, free on-campus accommodation, comprehensive medical insurance and monthly stipend (CNY 3,000 for general scholars; CNY 3,500 for senior scholars).
六、申请条件Eligibility
1.非中华人民共和国国籍，身心健康；
2.普通进修生申请人，年龄不超过45周岁；高级进修生申请人，年龄不超过50周岁；
3.申请及参与项目期间，必须为国家留学基金委国外合作院校全日制在读学生或教职员工，国外合作院校列表详见附件1；
4.已获延边大学录取资格。
1. Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China and be in good health both mentally and physically.
2. Be under 45 applying for general scholars. Be under 50 applying for senior scholars.
3. Register as full-time student or employed as full-time academic staff at CSC’s foreign partner university by the time of application and throughout the proposed stay in China. Foreign university list please refer to Appendix1.
4. Have obtained admission qualification from Yanbian university for the next intake.

1 ）完成网上申请并上传相关材料，申请人系统操作指南详见附件 3 ；2）选择留学项目种类：B类
3）输入受理机构编号：10184（系统自动显示：延边大学）。
3.申请人须至少于学习开始3个月前向我校提交申请。
4.我校向国家留学基金委上报奖学金候选人名单。
5.我校向申请人通知国家留学基金委录取结果。

3)Input Agency Number: 10184 for Yanbian University
3. Submit application to Yanbian University at least 3 months before the start of your study.
4. Yanbian University submits scholarship nomination list to CSC.
5. Yanbian University notifies scholarship admission results to applicants.
